Job Description
Handle dispute settlement for damaged/late delivery/fake attempts and ensure the targeted recovery rate.
Work closely with customer support teams to address shipping-related inquiries, delivery updates, and resolve logistics-related customer issues.
Collaboration with shipping carriers and third-party logistics providers ensures the timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
Identify opportunities for logistics process improvements to streamline operations, standardize SOPs across 3PLs, operational metric improvement, and cost reduction
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics, shipping carriers, and fulfillment processes.
Strong computer skills, especially in Excel.
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity.
Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
Previous entrepreneur experience is a plus.
