Mô tả công việc
* Acquisition
- Building B2B partnerships with the aim to acquire new banking customers, by promoting TNEX services as a whole or specific products (e.g., Unsecured loan) to be distributed or accepted on partner platform
- Owning end-to-end partnership strategy and execution
- Finding the best partners in the market, then negotiating and securing contracts with them
- Developing business cases, proposals/pitchbook and partnership structures creatively to successfully close deals and maximize value for the business
*Implementation:
- Working with all internal stakeholders, including digital product and technology, marketing, legal and customer support to ensure a smooth and timely campaign implementation
- Monitoring and maintenance:
- Working closely with key partners to maximize results by agreeing targets and annual plans
- Managing numerous relationships with new and existing partners in parallel
- Analyzing partnerships performance in depth to optimize and identify growth opportunities
Yêu cầu
- A strong network and direct connections to various stakeholders in different industries
5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced growth environment or an entrepreneurial experience, deep understanding of financial services or fintech is a plus
- Experience of creating and managing partnerships with third party companies
- Excellent people and relationship building skills, across all seniority levels
- Excellent negotiation skills and logic in prioritizing projects and selecting appropriate partners
- Ability to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless and a proven closer
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
