Mô tả công việc
### Bar duty
1. Preparing a variety of coffee drinks, cocktails, juices, smoothies, iced teas.
2. Monitor the quality of the drinks, and ingredients.
3. Make sure the space, utensils and equipment are clean and sanitize at all time.
4. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety following our SOPs.
5. Control the coffee quality and maintain the espresso machine and other coffee related equipment.
### Leadership
1. Handle weekly bar roaster.
2. Ensure regular and punctual attendance among the team.
3. Perform training and performance review with the team.
4. Recruitment and train new team members when needed.
### Inventory
1. Control the ingredient and packaging levels.
2. Perform weekly inventory. Place inventory with our Purchaser weekly.
3. Submit monthly reports.
### Maintenance
1. Keep track of all equipment maintenance.
2. Monitor the cleaning and maintenance processes of the bar.
