Mô tả công việc
Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for internal and client-facing use.
Develop and customize MyInsights content using HTML and JavaScript.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data from various sources.
Translate business questions into clear, actionable data visualizations and narratives.
Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions on time.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across dashboards and reports.

Yêu cầu
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Power BI or similar BI tools.
Strong HTML and/or JavaScript skills for interactive content development.
Proven SQL knowledge for efficient data manipulation.
Strong business and data analytical skills.
Expertise in data storytelling.
Proficient in English. Business-level or Conversational Japanese (if applicable)
Proactive, results-oriented, and self-directed.
Detail-oriented with a disciplined work approach.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Nice-to-have:
Salesforce Admin and/or Veeva Admin certification.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Understanding of and experience with Agile methodologies.
Strong interest in emerging technologies.
