• To identify new sales opportunities and new customers whose profile match the strategy defined by Head of Field Sales.
• To achieve the number of prospect visits and client visits as defined by Head of Field Sales, to generate sales volumes, revenues.
• To complete the committed budget by developing business with the identified targets.
• To conduct sales calls and customers' visit.
• To create competitive offers to prospects with the support of
Sales Support.
• To maintain CRM accurate constantly: customer information, pipeline, activity.
• To protect the company's benefit by strictly complying all policies, regulations.
• To cooperate with other related departments/ divisions during performing the assigned job.
• To study the market inclusive, but not limit of competitors, carriers, manufacturers to be updated market trends, fluctuation, changes.
• To obtain sales leads and coordinate with overseas agents to gain new business.
• To complete the assigned job when required.
• To provide weekly report to Head of Field Sales under agreed template.
• To report to direct manager or higher levels when required.
• To complete the assigned job when required.
• University Certificate major in Foreign Trade, Marketing or Business
Administration is preferable.
• Vietnamese mother tongue with strong command of English language.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding.
• Strong organizational skills, self-starter and self-motivated.
• MS office high skills.
• Good in communication and negotiation.
• Able to work independently or in group under high pressure.
