Objective:
- Drive Business Development efforts required to meet the Sales and Profit targets set for the Vietnam business of the AG
- Market focus is on multinational clients in the Industry sector, consisting of Food (including packaged food, commodities processing, meat) & Beverage including beer, soft drinks, other FMCG production like home care and personal care, Flavours and Ingridients, Textile, Logistics, Hightech (semiconductors and electronics), miscellaneous light industry such as production of tools and devices, renewable energy (including wind and solar), downstream chemicals, paper mills and raw minerals processing facilities.
- Create a sales pipeline of selective projects in the afore mentioned markets.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Continuously generate sufficient opportunities/ leads required to meet the Sales and Profit targets for Vietnam
- Lead the writing of winning proposals when required
- Act as account manager for specific clients
- Analyze market trends and spot opportunities in the specified markets
- Prepare a Business Development Plan for the specified markets in Vietnam, and manage execution of the plan
- Maintain and develop a professional business network in Vietnam
- Be an active member of our company's Global Business Development team for the selected markets, and interact with them in APAC regions as well as globally
Report: You will report to the Director of the AG Industry and Building Vietnam.
Yêu cầu
Essential:
- 7 - 10 years of experience in design, project management or business development related to build assets in the specified markets
- Track record of successful personal business development activities with multinational clients
- Active and extensive local business network in the specified markets
- Naturally able to proactively engage with new and existing clients, to develop trusted relationship and eventually close business deals
- Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing
- Team player who actively engages others in the commercial process, including exposure to clients
- Have skills to lead, guide and engage a proposal team
- Able to investigate client needs and to translate them into services and contracts
- Knowledge of basics of relevant Consultancy and Engineering Services
Desirable:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics or equivalent from a local or overseas reputable University
- Knowledge of and enthusiastic about digital services
