Execute WOGI's business development and sales strategies in the Vietnam market, working closely with the Country Manager to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities with corporate clients, agencies, HR/loyalty solution providers,... ensuring strong conversion and pipeline growth
Present and promote WOGI's suite of reward and incentive solutions, lead consultative sales conversations to understand client goals, develop tailored proposals and pricing structures that align with their objectives while ensuring profitability.
Build and maintain close relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, renewal and long-term growth through effective cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day communication, supporting clients in implementation and post-launch performance.
Support
Business Development Executives when needed, by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and assisting in complex client discussions or project execution as directed by the Country Manager.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing client success.
Research and analyze market trends, competitors and emerging client's needs to identify strategic opportunities, collaborate with the Country Manager and Partnership team to enhance product offerings or expand the brand portfolio.
Monitor sales pipelines using CRM tools, track KPIs, prepare accurate forecasts and performance reports for management.
Represent WOGI at business networking sessions, industry events, exhibitions [protected info] enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in B2B sales as a Senior
Business Development Executive or 1 year in a similar role, preferably in digital solutions, marketing tech, or rewards/loyalty platforms.
Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Strong negotiation, client management, and strategic sales planning abilities, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Highly proactive, disciplined, and self-driven, with strong initiative and the ability to translate strategies into actionable sales plans
Strong business acumen and the capability to analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, and drive execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Direct contract with WOGI Headquarters in Singapore.
