Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence &
GTM Planning
Deep-Sector Research:
Move beyond simple lists; perform deep-dive analysis into target industries to identify "triggers" (e.g., recent funding rounds, leadership changes, legacy system failures, or expansion into new markets).
Account/Lead enrichment:
Help identify the gap, blocker and decision-making process, Aha moment to ensure high-quality SQLs and optimized team efforts.
Key Initiative:
Prepare a Market Trend Playbook and host internal sync sessions to empower the team with actionable market insights.
2. High-Precision Outbound &
SQL Development
Quality over Quantity:
Focus on generating
High-Conviction Leads.
You are responsible for identifying prospects that align strictly with our technical expertise and "Sweet Spot" project sizes.
Rigorous Qualification (SQL):
Conduct initial discovery calls and vetting to ensure every lead passed to the Sales team meets our SQL criteria (e.g., defined budget, technical need, and immediate timeline).
Personalized Outreach:
Move away from mass automation. You will craft bespoke outreach tactics for Tier-1 accounts, demonstrating a deep understanding of the prospect's specific business challenges.
Pipeline Velocity:
Manage the transition from "First Contact" to "Sales Qualified/SQL" with speed and professionalism, ensuring no high-quality lead goes cold.
3. Mentorship &
Team Leadership
Setting the Standard:
Act as the "Quality Gatekeeper" for the team, mentoring interns and juniors on how to distinguish between a "noisy" lead and a high-value opportunity.
Research Coaching:
Train junior members on advanced research techniques (e.g., using technical job boards or niche forums, outreach message improvement) to find meaningful insights.
Role Evolution:
This role is designed with a high-growth trajectory: You will start by mastering the outbound engine and personal performance, with a structured transition into a
Team Lead role within 6-12 months based on performance milestones.

3+ years of experience in
Business Development, ideally within the
IT Outsourcing or
