Build the Growth Cockpit and analytics layer that turns SOCOM data into leadership insight, operating visibility and brand-facing diagnostic packs. Own dashboard design, metric logic, visualization and insight packaging.
What you will do
• Design the SOCOM Growth Cockpit for leadership, account teams and lane owners.
• Translate the metric dictionary into dashboards for GMV, NMV, orders, CVR, ROI/ROAS, commission, payout, creator and livestream performance, and data freshness.
• Build service-level views for media, video, livestream, affiliate, creator and diagnostics.
• Deliver an early leadership view by Month 3 and a production cockpit by Month 6-12.
• Partner with the Data Engineer so metrics use governed semantic tables.
• Create self-explanatory dashboard narratives: what happened, why, and the recommended action.
• Build reusable reporting templates for brand diagnostic packs and post-campaign reviews; support QA/QC with reconciliation visuals.
Yêu cầu
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience / industry (must-have):
• 3+ years in BI, analytics engineering, dashboard development or commercial analytics.
• Strong SQL and a BI tool (Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Metabase).
• Designs dashboards for decision-making, not just reporting; strong metric-definition discipline.
• Can translate messy business questions into clear data products.
Technical proficiencies:
• Query & Modeling: SQL; dbt / semantic layers.
• BI Tools: Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Metabase.
• Embedding: Embedding dashboards into web applications.
Preferred experience:
• E-commerce, marketplace, livestream, affiliate, creator, advertising or campaign analytics.
• Executive dashboard design and semantic-layer experience.
