Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential new vendors, industry trends, and competitive pricing strategies to support decision-making.
Price Comparison: Analyze and compare pricing from vendors and suppliers to recommend cost-saving opportunities.
Request Tracking: Monitor and manage cross-team requests to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth project execution.
Vendor Information Updates: Maintain and update accurate records of vendors and suppliers in the database for efficient operations.
Document Management: Prepare, organize, and manage essential documents, such as contracts, reports, and vendor correspondence.
Presentation Preparation: Create and design professional and visually appealing presentation slides for vendor meetings and internal reviews.
Team Collaboration: Assist in cross-departmental operational tasks to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Yêu cầu
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Ecommerce or a related field.
You should be strong in the following domains:
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Capable of effective communication and delivering presentations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with data management tools or procurement software.
