Key Responsibilities
1. Client Servicing & Account Management
Act as a key point of contact (or lead contact for senior level) for clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
Understand client business goals and translate them into effective marketing approaches
Provide timely updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, automation, e-commerce) and external partners
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, brand experience, and performance channels
Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brief, on time, and within scope
Support (AE) or lead (Senior AE) in campaign planning and proposal development
3. Project Coordination & Performance Tracking
Manage timelines, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration
Monitor campaign performance and support reporting, data analysis, and optimization
Identify issues proactively and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain proper documentation, reports, and project tracking
4. Strategic Thinking & Growth Support (Senior-focused)
Contribute to strategic recommendations and campaign optimization
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within accounts
Support or lead proposal development, presentations, and business growth initiatives
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging marketing solutions

Phối hợp với các team nội bộ (creative, digital, media, automation, e-commerce) và đối tác bên ngoài
Triển khai các chiến dịch marketing tích hợp (digital, brand experience, performance)
Đảm bảo deliverables đúng brief, đúng timeline và trong phạm vi công việc
Hỗ trợ (AE) hoặc lead (Senior AE) trong việc lên kế hoạch và proposal
3. Project Coordination & Performance Tracking
Quản lý timeline, workflow và phối hợp đa phòng ban
Theo dõi hiệu quả chiến dịch, hỗ trợ báo cáo, phân tích và tối ưu
Chủ động phát hiện vấn đề và đề xuất giải pháp cải thiện hiệu quả
Quản lý tài liệu, báo cáo và tiến độ dự án đầy đủ, chính xác
4. Strategic Thinking & Growth Support (ưu tiên Senior)
Đóng góp vào định hướng chiến lược và tối ưu chiến dịch
Tìm kiếm cơ hội upsell/cross-sell trong các tài khoản hiện có
Hỗ trợ hoặc lead proposal, presentation và các hoạt động
phát triển kinh doanhCập nhật xu hướng thị trường, đối thủ và các giải pháp marketing mới
2 - 4 years of experience in agency/client servicing roles
Proven ability to manage multiple clients/projects independently
Solid understanding of integrated marketing (digital, brand, performance)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose solutions, not just execute
Experience in campaign planning, reporting, and optimization
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset
Good project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
Analytical thinking with basic ability to read and interpret campaign data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Good command of English (both written and verbal)

Cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm và chú ý đến chi tiết
Có tư duy phân tích cơ bản, đọc hiểu dữ liệu chiến dịch
Thành thạo PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt (viết & nói)
