Communication Specialist

•Responsibilities:
1.Implement Customer/ Consumer consultancy activities:
• Collect "Voice of Customers" (VOCs) nationwide on the Company's products & services via all channels to make VOC reports.
• Collect information about opinions and proposals from other departments (such as Marketing, Sales, R&D, etc.) to improve VOCs collecting activity.
• Share monthly VOC reports to the Customer Service Center to analyze the Company's products & services improvement.
• Implement daily Customer/Consumer consultancy and cooperate with related departments to handle customer's requirements/inquiries/complaints in compliance with procedures and update changes in Company's products & services.
2.Implement Online/ On-site Cooking Classes:
• Work with other teams and assigned Provincial Women's Associations to communicate, organize and monitor the number of participants in the Cooking Class.
•Promote and maintain the relationship with authorities, there by contributing to AVN's business activities.
3.Implement Nutrition and Health Projects' activities:
• Work with other members and health/ nutrition organizations to study and develop content for nutrition and health projects' activities.
• Cooperate with authorities/ institutions in the Education, Health, and Nutrition fields to deploy nutrition and health projects activities (training projects' contents, conducting direct visiting/meetings and online activities via website/software, email, etc.).
• Develop and maintain good relationships with nutrition and health institutions, as well as other institutions to realize health and nutrition projects.
Requirements:
•Have Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology or related majors.
•Be proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
•Have good data analysis, problem solving, coordination and teamwork skills.
•Have high responsibility, patience, corporation, ownership, willing to learn mindset and can-do attitude.
•Years of Experience: Not required.
Benefits:
• Salary up to 15,000,000 VND gross.
