Overview:
Are you an outgoing, creative individual with a passion for building vibrant online communities from the ground up? We're looking for a Community Coordinator to join our team and help us cultivate engaging new spaces for our diverse community members. If you love connecting with people, crafting compelling content, and aren't afraid to step in front of a camera, we want to hear from you!
In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in launching and nurturing our new community while also contributing to broader brand initiatives.
Responsibilities:
● Community Creation & Management: Spearhead the creation and development of new Facebook and WhatsApp groups. This includes:
○ Developing and implementing strategies to build initial membership and grow the community.
○ Actively engaging with members, fostering discussions, and building a strong sense of belonging.
○ Moderating discussions, ensuring a positive and respectful environment, and enforcing group guidelines.
○ Answering member questions promptly and accurately, providing valuable resources and information.
● Content Creation: Produce engaging and useful content specifically tailored for our new community. This could include:
○ Writing insightful posts, articles, and updates relevant to our members' interests.
○ Creating visually appealing graphics and short videos.
○ Identifying popular topics and trends within the community to inform content strategy.
● Video Production: Participate in and potentially lead some external filming projects, acting as on-screen talent or assisting with production as needed.
● Brand Support: Assist the team with various tasks as requested, which may include:
○ Supporting social media presence across other platforms.
○ Assisting with communication efforts.
○ Conducting audience research.
○ Contributing to brand outreach discussions.

Required skills and qualifications:
● Extroverted & Engaging: You thrive on interaction, genuinely enjoy connecting with people, and have a natural ability to make others feel comfortable and engaged, both online and offline.
● Community Builder: You're excited by the challenge of creating a new community from scratch and are passionate about fostering strong, supportive online environments.
● Creative & Content Savvy: You have a knack for developing interesting content and can adapt your writing style to resonate with a diverse audience. Experience with basic graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
● Finance Knowledge: Knowledge in investment products is a strong plus, but not required. It may help you better understand and support community discussions around financial topics.
● Tech-Proficient: Comfortable navigating and managing various social media platforms, especially Facebook and WhatsApp.
● Proactive & Organized: You can manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently to achieve goals.
● Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
● Adaptable: You're a quick learner and comfortable taking on new challenges as they arise.
● Experience: While this is a junior position, some prior experience in community management, social media, content creation, or customer service would be beneficial.

● Salary: 8-12 Mil VND/month (commensurate with experience and skills)
● Monthly Allowance: 2 Mil VND
