Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organizational goals and target audiences.
Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Manage the content calendar to ensure the timely delivery of all digital projects.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging.
Optimize all content for SEO and implement best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Analyze content performance using analytics tools to provide data-driven recommendations.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging formats to maintain a competitive edge.
Manage and mentor a team of content creators by providing guidance and constructive feedback.
Ensure all output adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in content management or a similar digital role.
Proven track record of creating and implementing successful content strategies.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
Experience using analytics tools to measure and report on content performance.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
Creative thinker with up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends.
3-5 years of experience in content management or a similar digital role.
