Mô tả công việc
The Customer Relations Agent (CRA) is responsible for Singapore Airlines Vietnam's customer feedback handling and contact center quality audit to maintain consistent customer experience as well as uphold Singapore Airlines service standards. The candidate will work closely with relevant departments to lead and investigate customer feedback for areas of improvement, service recovery and effective complain resolution, where necessary. The candidate will also establish close rapport with high-value customers such as Singapore Airlines Priority Passenger Service (PPS) club members to assist with travel requests and cultivate long-term loyalty.
The role requires a good understanding of the SIA Group passenger products and internal procedures. Other relevant administration duties and ad-hoc projects are also required.
Yêu cầu
• Candidates must have minimally a degree from reputable university, good command in reading, writing and speaking in both English and Vietnamese, as well as basic arithmetic skills.
• Candidates should be presentable, service-oriented and a team-player.
• Having good emotional intelligence, writing skills, possesses an inquisitive mind, and always being prepared to go the extra mile for passengers are important too.
• They also need to be comfortable with deadline pressure and handling difficult customer complain cases.
• Candidates are expected to be proficient in computer skills and office productivity software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• This position is an office role with no shift work, but activation beyond office working hours may be required in exceptional circumstances.
• This is an entry level position suitable for recent graduates with 1-3 years of work experience in the aviation field.
• Candidates with work experience in customer service or airlines ticketing/reservations are also welcome to apply.
• Successful candidates will be provided with relevant training and supervision.
