You will also act as the Member of Customer Service Team Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support the Sales Manager in managing the day-to-day workflow in Sales & CS Team.
Monitor and track the progress of the jobs by following up with Customers for samples and test reports.
Prepare Check list as per buyer norms / protocols
Send test report to customers
Interface with customers job status, and handle enquiries
Maintain and upkeep laboratory records and documentations
Follow the samples status from subcontract
Be responsibility for activities in the Customer Service Section as authorized or assigned by the Manager.
Report all activities to Lab Manager

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or its equivalent
Experience in Furniture industry with at least 1 years relevant experience in testing service
Knowledge of testing and ISO17025 is an added advantage
English communication with B level or equivalent,
Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
