Mô tả công việc
- Follow up orders and monitor customer services activities of assigned accounts
- Inform shipping schedule, laycan, sampling schedule ,..
- Follow up payments schedule (LC, demurrage charge, dispatch amount, bonus/penalty...)
- Send relevant documents to customers
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Identify customer needs, ensure customer satisfaction and timely feedback in professional manners.
- Coordinate with other departments to follow up the customer's requirements (packing, delivery, documents, sustainability....)
- Analyze feedback from customers and report to Manager for improving services and quality.
- Coordinate with shipping agents to update bulk vessel details, loading plan, SOF, ...
- Contact shipping lines to verify information and give resolution to daily and ad-hoc cases.
- Receive claims and work with internal department to give thorough resolutions to increase customer's satisfaction.
- Enhance customer's experience.
- Support/ report directly to Manager for other tasks.
Yêu cầu
- University Degree in Economics or related fields
- At least 1 year-experience in Customer service teams in Import-export field/ Logistics/ Supply chain
- Be fluent in English.
- High problem-solving skill, analytical/ observation skills.
- Have excellent writing & reporting skill
- Good planning, time and project management skills
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Familiar with CRM system is preferable
- Expertise in using emails and Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work under pressure, willingness to take responsibility.
- Eager-to-learn, passionate and thriving people.
- Be able to work independently as well as teamwork.
- Honesty, humble, respect others, quickly adaptable to new technology.
