Key Responsibilities
- Manage orders from contract confirmation to final delivery, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Monitor account receivables and ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Documentation, Planning, Operations, etc.) to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and any special requests to meet customer expectations.
- Handle customer complaints and collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to implement service improvements.
- Track shipments and proactively address potential delays.
- Travel for business as required.
- Assist the Manager with other customer service-related tasks or special projects as required.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or export operations, preferably with international customers (Japan, Korea is a plus).
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Fast learner, independent, and passionate about customer support.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and export procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Office 365; familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
