Customer Service In Logistics/ Forwarder

- Execute customer service requirements from Bookings, Cargo movement to Data, Transmission, Documentation, and Invoicing.
- Cooperate with customers, warehouses, agents and shipping lines, other partners to handle the shipments.
- Handle documentation for all shipments (export and import, air & sea freight, ...) until close file.
- Coordinate with clients & trucking companies to set up trucking for shipment (if any).
- Problem-solving to improve service delivery standards and minimize cost impacts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports, and update the system timely and accurate.
- Understand and comply with Daily Management Process to ensure our world-class service.
- Seek continuous improvement in daily operations.
