We are hiring manager for department: Total Order Management
• Customer relationship management
• Early involvement from NPI stage
• Ensuring daily operation activities go smoothly
• Customer demand trend & fulfillment
• Outsource material planning and scheduling
• Inventory management
• Supplier billing and customer AR collection
• Risk management and complaints solving
• Collect Market Intelligent.
• Cross-function coordination and discussion
Yêu cầu
• 5+ years in management role
• 3+ years in operation / customer service position
• Focusing on monitoring daily operations with hands-on spirit.
• Be able to identify and resolve irregularity and implement prevention plan.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly deliver goals to team member and report progress to senior leadership
• English proficiency: TOEIC 780 or equivalent. Chinese is plus
• Bachelor's degree and major in Business Management, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management.
