Mô tả công việc
1. Handle export/import shipments from/to Vietnam according to standard procedures.
2. Negotigate with suppliers for the best cost.
3. Documentation for outbound & inbound shipments to finish the import - export process.
4. Follow and update cargo & documents status.
5. Other task assigned by the management.
1. 根据标准程序处理从越南出口/进口货物;
2. 与供应商协商最佳成本;
3. 处理进出口货物文件,完成进出口流程;
4. 跟进与更新货物和文件状态。
5. 完成管理层安排的其他工作
Yêu cầu
1. Language requirements:
1. 语言要求:
Chinese (Mandarin): Good Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
汉语(普通话):具有良好的汉语听说读写能力;
Basic English level: able to write and read basic English emails, understand English documents in import and export field.
基本英语水平:能写和读基本的英文邮件,理解进出口领域的英文文件。
2. Experience in import and export operation/documentation is preferred;
2. 有进出口操作/单证经验优先;
