Schedule: Full-Time | Graveyard Shift

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Meet quality, productivity, and performance standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in every customer interaction.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Proficient in using computers and able to quickly learn new systems and applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Demonstrates accountability, reliability, and ownership of responsibilities.Maintains a positive and professional attitude, especially when dealing with clients in high-pressure situations.
Willing to work onsite on a graveyard shift schedule.Preferred Qualifications (A Plus, Not Required)
The following qualifications are not mandatory but will be considered an advantage:
Experience handling U.S.-based customer service accounts.
Experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry, including Medicare, ACA, provider/member services, medical billing, or insurance verification.
