The Job
At Autonomous, we love telling stories. We're looking for a passionate Sales Support cum Customer Service who can help us bring these stories to life, engaging new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Communicate knowledge of all products to customers to support customers to choose the most suitable product and order products.
Provide high-level customer service and respond to service inquiries, follow up on customer interactions.
Coordinate with other functions e.g Operation, Finance, Product, ... to solve the ongoing issues.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process as well as company products and services.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in retails, E-Commerce & customer support or sales support
Fluent in English with TOEIC 700+ or ielts 6+
An ability to clearly communicate to customers who are in a critical stage of escalation.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Hardworking & detail-oriented, always curious, willing to learn.
Can work in different time zones (if needed).
Have interest and knowledge in wood and furniture products.
Able to constantly challenge yourself to stay on top of your game and upgrade yourself every day.
