1. Main: Investigate and improve market defect
- Collect, analyze, and handle customer feedback and reported issues.
- Process and analyze data trends to identify root causes and develop problem-solving plans.
- Analyze and investigate electrical and electronic components returned from the market to determine failures and root causes
- Prepare and summarize reports on investigation results and corrective actions.
2. Sub: Prepare document for support techical handling market issue.
Yêu cầu
1. Male.
2. Have Good expertise in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology
3. Good skills in Microsoft office: Excel/ Power point.
4. Always maintain a thirst for knowledge and a desire for self-improvement.
5. Experience in handling and resolving customer complaints.
6. Able to withstand high work pressure
