Technical Service Engineer (Powder Coating | Chinese/English)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Chinese/English-speaking Technical Service Engineer to support powder coating application projects, customer technical troubleshooting, and process optimization activities. This role is ideal for candidates with engineering background who enjoy customer-facing technical work in industrial manufacturing environments.
Technical training will be provided for candidates with strong technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Customer Application
• Conduct on-site powder coating trials and optimize customer application processes.
• Perform production line audits, evaluate equipment conditions, and recommend technical improvements.
• Support customers in resolving daily technical issues related to powder coating application.
Quality & Process Improvement
• Handle customer quality complaints through inspection, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Work closely with factory and internal teams to improve product quality and application performance.
• Analyze powder coating consumption and propose optimization solutions to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
Training & Coordination
• Provide technical training and application guidance to customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective technical support and customer service.
