We're Hiring: Customer Service Specialist
GONSA is looking for a Customer Service Specialist who enjoys helping customers and working with others to resolve issues.
📍 Location: Hiep Phuoc, Ho Chi Minh City
🗓 Working days: Monday-Friday
What You'll Do
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints by phone, Zalo, email, and company systems.
Record requests and work with sales, order processing, warehouse, delivery, and other teams to resolve them on time.
Keep customers updated and follow up until each issue is resolved.
Report urgent issues, collect customer feedback, and prepare service reports.
Keep customer information accurate and confidential.
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
What We're Looking For
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably serving business customers. Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, distribution, or logistics is a plus.
A college diploma or bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a related field.
Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Patience, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
Good conversational English, proficiency in office applications, and experience with CRM or customer support systems.
