Job Purpose
Ensure accurate and timely shipment of handling and communication to deliver a positive customer experience.
Job responsibilities
• Handle daily inquiries from customers related to import/export shipments, booking, and
documentation requirements
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, and carriers to ensure timely cargo delivery
• Follow up shipment status and update customers promptly
• Resolve customer issues or complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers
• Support Sales team with operational information and customer requests when needed
• Input and update shipment data into the internal system accurately and on time
• Perform other tasks assigned by Customer Service Leader/Manager
• Report to: Customer Service Leader / Customer Service Manager/ General
Sales Manager.
Yêu cầu
• At least 1 years' experience in customer service/ logistics
• Good knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documents, and freight forwarding process.
• Proficiency in English (spoken & written); Chinese or Korean is an advantage.
• Strong communication, carefulness, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
