Mô tả công việc
• Interact directly with customers via telephone, email, or in-person.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Gather and evaluate all relevant information to address product and service inquiries.
• Provide pricing and delivery information.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.
• Manage customer accounts.
• Maintain customer databases.
• Check market rates.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Follow up on customer interactions.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service.
• Receive delivery requests from customers and oversee the picking process.
• We take care of shipments and resolve any issues that may occur during transportation. We coordinate internally to facilitate the progress of deliveries and externally to bridge the gap between our customers' requirements and our operations.
• Handle complaints and address arising issues with customers in a proper manner.
• Proactively update shipment status and provide accurate delivery reports to customers on a daily basis.
Yêu cầu
• University graduate with a major in economics, foreign trade, or logistics.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of English/ Chiness (verbal/written).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Willingness to work under high pressure.
• Priority given to candidates with experience in a forwarding company
