Receive, consult, and introduce suitable products to customers through channels such as hotline, email, website, etc.
Handle inquiries and complaints related to the use of services/products or Vikki Bank's service quality.
Accurately record customer requests and forward them to relevant departments or update into the system as required.
Summarize and report customer feedback for service/product improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned by direct management, willing to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.

Job Requirements:
Male/Female, aged 20-35.
Minimum education: College degree or higher (majors in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration are preferred).
No prior experience required, training will be provided.
Clear and fluent communication, standard accent, avoid regional wording.
Good problem-solving skills, professional attitude, willingness to learn, able to work under pressure.
Proficient in office applications.
Willing to work on rotating shifts (24/7).
Basic English communication is an advantage (not mandatory).
