Work with the product team to provide excellent customer support
Help customers set up and use BSS Commerce Shopify apps.
Communicate technical issues to the development team and create follow-up tasks.
Keep customers updated on their requests.
Report common issues to the product team to help improve our apps.
Participate in regular online training sessions.
Handle additional tasks as needed (about 10% of your workload).

Preferably 20-25 years old.
Working shifts are as below. The candidate can choose one fixed shift (Optional weekend shifts).
18-22h from Tuesday to Saturday
22-02h from Sunday to Thursday
20-23h; 23-03h; 03-07h from Monday to Friday
00-05h; 09-13h; 14-18h from Monday to Friday
Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 7.0 or equivalent.
Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analysis.
Prior experience in Shopify customer support, and e-commerce is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus point.
Team player with a fast learning ability.
