Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in both English and Vietnamese.
Provide technical support and customer care to mostly owners of nail salons establishments across the US.
Receive and respond to customer's feedback.
Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, professionally, and politely.
Assist other departments within the company as needed.

Yêu cầu
Age: 22-35 years old
Education: College degree or higher
Excellent communication skills (listening and speaking). Good English communication skills are a strong advantage (IELTS 5.5-6.5 or equivalent).
Basic understanding of networking, including setting up routers, modems, and reserved IPs.
Experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage.
Clear and fluent speaking voice with confident communication skills.
Strong empathy, patience, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
