Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our banking team and help us leverage data to drive business decisions and improve customer experience.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Drive the identification and interpretation of meaningful and actionable insights from large data and various metadata sources together with business partners.
- Collaborate with squad team data engineers to do complex, technical algorithms in data analytics, data classification from various data sources.
- Design and develop a credit scoring system for our banks in the SEA region.
- Support our banks in the SEA region to integrate maintenance with our credit scoring system.
- Review processes and tools designed to monitor and analyze model performance and prediction accuracy.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent preferred. Higher education is an advantage.
- 5+ years of professional experience applying statistics, credit modelling, and ML solutions to business.
- Advanced English in the business environment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in machine learning or statistics and experimentation.
- Experience in querying databases and coding (e.g. Python, R, Spark, Scala, SQL, Java, C, C++).
- Extensive experience in building data and analytics solutions and products, data mining and statistical analysis.
- Experience in applying machine learning and AI to questions related to the financial markets.
- The ability to communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to research and innovate solutions to solve business problems.
- Experience in bank-related products such as lending (SME, Personal loans, and credit card) is preferred.
