Demand Planning Executive (Work At Cu Chi Distric)

Aim of the job:
The Demand Planning Executive plays a key role in managing order forecasts, resolving supply/capacity issues, and ensuring optimal delivery performance. This position collaborates closely with Sales, Product Development, and suppliers to align business objectives with inventory efficiency while supporting service level goals.
Tasks:
- Work closely with Sales, Product Development colleagues and our suppliers to provide order forecasts and partnering with suppliers so they understand our priorities.
- Drive and resolve supply/capacity issues with suppliers in order to achieve an optimal delivery performance that supports the business objectives,
- Manage and control the order forecast to maximize sales and service level while minimizing the inventory costs.
- Lead and resolve supply/capacity issues with suppliers in order to achieve an optimal delivery plan that supports the business ojectives,
- Lead and manage relevant Planning and Forecast metrics - Delivery in Full and On-time (DIFOT), forecast accuracy and bias, Order fulfilment rate, etc.
- Initiate, drive and resolve the investigation of late deliveries that could qualify for charge backs or require the need for air freight shipments or expedite orders to help adjust supplier production/delivery schedules,
- Escalating when foresee shipment delays from suppliers so appropriate actions can be taken to mitigate the impact on our customers
- Handle and maintain master data for suppliers, indirect spend Purchase Order, and stock/replenishment purchase order.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in planning and supply chain processes.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency. - Provide detailed analytical reports on supply chain performance, forecasting, and stock levels to Operations Manager.
