Responsible for account and revenue growth and working closely to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services.
Build strategy & joint business plan with e-platform.
Responsible for e-platform operations, including promotion planning, customer relationship management, campaign participation management, and other systematic operations tasks.
Do monthly sales forecast at the SKU level and develop a monthly promotion plan with e-retailers.
Ensure all operational tasks go smoothly (PO, credits, refunds, stocks available...) and deliver support on time (samples, gifts...).
Build and execute the overall livestream content calendar aligned with product and marketing campaigns.
Work hands-on with internal teams and external agencies to manage livestream production, tech setup, and logistics.
Monitor the online presence and activities of competitors.
Maintain good communication with platforms and strive to find various activity sources.
Collaborate with management on NMV goals, planning, and forecasting.
Yêu cầu
At least 04 years of experience in E-commerce, especially in commercial, campaign planning, management, and merchandising.
Have a good understanding & sensitivity toward online buying behavior, beauty & skincare trends.
Proven track record of delivering sales growth via livestream or similar social commerce channels.
Strong ownership mindset, high accountability, ability to follow through tasks from planning to execution and manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially with livestream, affiliate and campaign-driven business.
Commercial sense, including promotion planning, budget calculation, campaign mechanics and performance tracking.
