English Customer Success Agent (Abroad)

Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic support in
English via phone, email, live chat, and instant messaging.
Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries accurately on first contact, ensuring a seamless and positive brand experience.
Identify and escalate complex or high-priority cases to senior teams or specialized departments while retaining ownership of the customer outcome.
Proactively maintain deep knowledge of internal systems, updated product features, and evolving customer success policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.
Fluency in English (B2 level or above in speaking, listening, writing, and reading); position operates entirely in English.
Willingness to relocate to Vietnam (full visa sponsorship and work permit support provided).
Willingness to work night and rotational shift patterns:
Monday - Friday:
7:30 PM - 7:30 AM
Saturday:
8:00 PM - 5:00 AM
