JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Research & Consumer Insights
Conduct in-depth desk research beyond basic Google searches, leveraging diverse data sources, industry reports, and social listening tools to analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to extract meaningful insights that address key customer pain points.
2. Strategy Planning & Proposal Development
Receive and analyze briefs from the Account team; collaborate cross-functionally to clarify business challenges and communication objectives.
Work with the team to develop strategic directions, build compelling storylines, and directly contribute to crafting logical, persuasive proposals (PowerPoint/Keynote).
3. Creative Briefing & Inspiration
Develop sharp and insightful Creative Briefs, clearly defining Target Audience, Main Message, and Reasons to Believe (RTBs).
Act as a bridge to inspire Creative/Content teams, enabling them to generate impactful ideas (Platform Ideas, Creative Executions) aligned with strategic goals.
4. Measurement & Performance Evaluation
Collaborate with Media/Performance teams to define appropriate KPIs aligned with campaign objectives (e.g., CPA, CPL, Reach, Frequency).
Monitor and interpret performance reports, derive key learnings, and recommend optimizations for future campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
1-2 years of experience as a Strategic Planner/Junior Planner, or in Account/Content roles with a strong interest in transitioning into Planning within Advertising/Digital Agencies.
Core Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to synthesize information and uncover actionable insights.
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with clear and confident communication.
Proficient in PowerPoint/Keynote for professional proposal development (a strong sense of aesthetics/design is a plus).
Professional Knowledge
Solid understanding of
Digital Marketing, including platform roles (Social, Search, Display, etc.) and marketing funnel frameworks.
Ability to read and interpret key media and performance metrics.
Work Attitude
Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams (cross-functional).
Language
Good English reading and comprehension skills; the ability to write proposals in English is a strong advantage.
