1. TYRE TEAM SUPPORT
- Support Tyre development in providing new stores basic tyre training and how to handle tyre claims.
- Provide tyre/claims training to car manufacturers' technical personnel.
- Assess the tyre claims submitted by customers and provide feedback promptly within the required timeline.
2 BATTERY TEAM SUPPORT
- Handling customer's claim of automotive batteries/industrial batteries and provide feedback promptly within the required timeline.
- Supporting sales team on site to check batteries or installation of batteries for customers. (survey and evaluate)
- Provide training to customers' technical team.
- Work with warehouse staff to maintain the inventory of batteries in our warehouse.
3 Others
- Handle the QCVN. (Vietnam automotive certification) together with the operations manager.
Yêu cầu
1. Education: Bachelor / Engineer degree in Economical / Technical (Preferred)
2. Experience: At least 1 years in automotive & tire field (After Sales Services,
Sales Engineer, Project Sales)
3. Skills:
• Good technical & sales background
• High logical, problem solving, customer orientated
• Good as negotiation, problem solving & customer management.
• Can work independently, proactively and well cooperation in team's project
• Communication and reporting with proficient MS office
4. Language: Able to write and speak English
