- What You Will Do
+ Oversee all Accounting operations, procurement and financial reporting.
+ Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and corporate guidelines.
+ Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, payroll, and financial analysis.
+ Lead and develop the Accounting team.
+ Provide accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
+ Partner with management to optimize profitability and support future planning.
Yêu cầu
- What We're Looking For
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA, ACCA, or Master's is a plus.
3+ years of experience as Financial Controller/Assistant FC in hotels (pre-opening experience preferred).
+ Strong knowledge of financial systems and compliance requirements.
+ Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese & English.
+ Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
