Position: Full-time Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (Night Shift)
Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week
Working Hours: Remote
Mon - Fri 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Central Time, US)
Sat 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM Sat (Central Time, US)
Primary Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to real estate agents and brokers, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
Prepare and distribute documents such as contracts, leases, and listing agreements.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for client records, contracts, and other important documents.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Transaction Coordination:
Assist in the coordination of real estate transactions, including facilitating communication between buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties involved.
Coordinate property showings, inspections, appraisals, and closings.
Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Creating property listings on MLS
Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and advertisements.
Update property listings on multiple platforms and website
Client Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service to clients by promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Assist in managing client databases and CRM systems to track interactions and follow-ups.

Yêu cầu
* Requirements:
Ability to work the night shift according to Central Time (US).
ENGLISH IS A MUST. The interview will be conducted in English.
Previous experience in a real estate or administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and documentation.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and processes is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is desirable.
