1. Reception Manager Tasks
Receive all incoming calls from residents or tenants.
Distribute messages and letters to tenants.
Provide general information to all tenants (applicable to office buildings only).
Work closely with the engineering, security, and janitorial teams.
Update timesheets and working schedules of staff.
Guide residents and contractors on procedures related to moving in/out, fit-out works, and residence registration.
Manage subcontractors (if required).
Interview and assess customer service officers.
Develop and maintain a positive attitude through vocational training programs for
customer service staff.
2. Management Tasks
Supervise and take responsibility for the performance and productivity of subordinate staff.
Train customer service officers (if required).
Ensure all customer service staff maintain a high standard of personal appearance, uniform, and name badge as instructed.
3. Reporting
Prepare daily checklists for the customer service/front office team.
Maintain and update the daily logbook.
Follow up on job requirement lists and ensure timely completion.
