Main responsibility
- Perform recruitment & training and development programs to meet demand of organization.
- Support HRM for employee services, supervise & check HR staff's jobs.
- Handling all activities of HR when
HR Manager absent.
Operational (Scope of Operational Responsibility)
Manpower / People Management
- Assess recruitment/ training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with manager, instructors or customer representatives.
- Developing through semina, education, training, skills and experience according to ISO 9001 Standard and BRC IOP Standard, 5S.
- Developing environment and positive job relationship, by showing good behavior and communicate effectively.
Planning and Decision Making Authority
- Design, analyze and conduct recruitment, training programs to improve individual and organizational performance.
- Making decision for legal problems related.
Scope of Operational Responsibilities
- Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
- Make sure to recruit new employees to align with the company requirements.
Administration Work
- Making recapitulation / statistical report of employee condition periodically.
- Making correspondence internal or external.
- Supervise and guide for cleaning service and security team to process jobs smoothly.
- Check timekeeping record of all inplants to make sure its actual situation.
- Support to make visa, work permit for company expats.
