Housekeeping Manager is accountable for managing housekeeping functions and staffing on a daily basis to ensure Wink guest rooms, public spaces and staff areas are clean and well maintained. They additionally focus on directing and liaising with Wink team to successfully execute all housekeeping operational activities. They also strive to continually enhance guest and staff experience and satisfaction; to maximize the financial performance of the department with efficient and effective methods; and, are responsible for taking initiative in area inspection, following up with relevant colleagues and departments; and implementing action plans for better results.
This position reports to Hotel General manager and will work closely with other Department Heads.
