[HCM] Business Analyst Lead (E-commerce)

As a EC BI Business Analyst Lead, you lead a team of strong Business Intelligence and data enthusiasts.
You would be knowledgeable about the ecommerce metrics and analytics required to support functional areas of the business. Scoping out projects through strong project management, business process mapping, process improvement, reporting & analytics, communication, organization and time management is critical for this role to positively impact the EC business. You will be responsible for creating business impact through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, process improvements, project management and through strong collaboration with our EC business and Marketing team. In this pivotal role you work closely with colleagues from multiple departments across all functional levels and you have exposure to both local as well as regional management teams.
Data Analytics & Insights
• Define KPIs: Establish and track critical metrics to measure business performance across e-commerce functions.
• Data Cleansing: Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Data Analysis: Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business outcomes.
• Data Interpretation: Provide clear insights by interpreting data across various business areas and translating findings into actionable business decisions.
• Provide Actionable Insights: Deliver relevant and actionable recommendations to business leaders and teams to drive business growth.
Reporting & Dashboards
• Create Dashboards & Reports: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to monitor performance and track business metrics.
• Tailor Reports for BU: Customize reports for specific departments to meet their unique data and analytical needs.
• Storytelling with Data: Present complex data in a simplified manner through storytelling, making it easy for stakeholders to understand key takeaways.
• Automate Reports: Develop and implement solutions to automate recurring reports, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of information.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business users, particularly from EC Commerce Local & EC Regional and Marketing teams, to understand data needs and provide relevant insights.
• Support Data-Driven Decision Making: Empower stakeholders to make data-backed decisions by providing accurate and timely data analysis.
• Data Compliance: Ensure that data used in reports and analysis complies with industry regulations and internal governance policies.
• Data Consistency: Maintain data consistency across systems and reports to ensure uniformity and accuracy in decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives to improve data collection systems and overall BI processes.
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead a BI Team: Guide and mentor your team to enhance their skills, improve performance, and contribute effectively to business goals.
• Training & Empowerment: Coach business users on how to leverage BI tools and best practices, enabling them to access and analyze data independently.
• Documentation: Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and results to ensure consistency and transparency.
