JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview:
Human Capital Solutions Trainee is young talent who is interested in the field of Human Resources Services, aiming to gain valuable practical experience in professional working environment and creating premise to discover a new level of career development. In this role, Trainee will play a vital role in ensuring data from clients are well reviewed and processed, supporting higher levels in supporting clients to use system, analyzing data, generating reports and providing valuable insights.
Job Description:
1. Surveys Process:
Collect, check salary and welfare survey data from Clients.
Support Clients in Hi-Tech solutions using the system and generating reports from the system.
Support to prepare data, presentation materials for higher level to present market updates, market insights to Clients.
Support to draft email for answering Clients questions about salary and welfare survey service.
2.
Business Development & Client Consulting:
Support to prepare presentation file to Clients, draft proposal for HR consulting project.
Support Consultants to follow and collect Clients' invoices properly and timely.
Support and advise Clients on issues related to human resource management.
3. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all activities align with regulations, preventing compliance risks.
REQUIREMENTS
Students are about to graduate or Fresh graduates (Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics and Law) or graduates with maximum 2 year experience in related fields. Could work full-time from Apr 2025.
GPA (Grade Point Average): above 7.0 out of 10 or 3.0 out of 4.0
Potential candidate is honest, proactive, innovative, self-motivated. At work, s/he is a result oriented, collaborating team member and loves working with data.
Having ability to use English fluently and having good computer literacy is a must.
Possessing certifications related to data analysis or Human Resources Management is a big plus
