JOB DESCRIPTION
At GenBee, we connect international SaaS/IT companies with the right decision-makers across APAC. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating high-quality leads and booking meetings with potential clients.
This is a remote position, but we prefer candidates based in Ho Chi Minh City or Danang for opportunities to connect with colleagues in person. If you're excited about connecting with decision-makers and helping businesses grow, this role is for you!
Scheduling meetings with potential clients for GenBee's clients.
Prospecting for new leads (CXOs, Senior Managers, Directors,...) through various channels: Email, LinkedIn, social media, and phone.
Create engaging email and messaging sequences to capture the interest of potential clients.
Provide regular updates on lead status and progress
Use B2B sales tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and a CRM system to log your progress and manage outreach.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent English communication skills.
Last-year students or fresh graduates looking for a part-time remote role with hands-on experience in B2B sales.
Experience in Tech sales or IT-related fields is a great advantage.
A proactive mindset with a passion for B2B sales.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work remotely & independently.
Experience or familiarity with outbound prospecting tools is a plus!

Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based commissions, rewarding your success in booking meetings and generating leads (up to $25 - $40 per qualified meeting)
