JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking for new customers and expanding potential markets.
Understanding the communication framework, including PR booking and social booking, building communication plans for specific campaigns.
Responsible for carrying out jobs related to booking on all PR and social platforms (focus on social booking, especially KOLs booking).
Ensuring projects execution schedule and timeline
Handling customers and the corresponding suppliers contracts, taking care of cash flow for each project.
Responsible for guiding, training and building a team account with a position equivalent to line manager.
Reporting progress, quality of work to
account manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Graduated University / College majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications ...
Experience: At least 3 years working experience in Account Executing / Planning or similar position, especially in Influencer Marketing field.
Skills & Knowledge:
Customer consulting, negotiation, problem solving
Planning, project's cash flow management
Leadership skills
Good presentation skills.
Having close relationships with KOLs, influencers is an advantage.
Having knowledge of social networking platforms.
Good English skills.
Personality:
Teamwork but also independent work, handling pressure
Agile, perceptive, meticulous, and detail-oriented
