Clearance Internship
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Duration: 6 months
What You'll Do
Support daily operations within the Customs Clearance team, ensuring smooth and timely processing of operational activities
Assist with shipment and customs-related documentation processing, verification, and administrative coordination
Support tracking and governance to ensure operational accuracy and compliance
Maintain and update operational data trackers, reports, and shipment records
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups
Assist the team in monitoring operational workflows and identifying areas for process improvement
Review existing work processes and identify opportunities to enhance compliance and performance
Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the team
Who We're Looking For
We welcome students pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or those who have recently graduated from Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a related field, who are:
Available to join us in immediately
Curious and eager to learn
Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Able to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese
Able to commit for at least 6 months
