JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for supporting the HR department (People Team) in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.
Support in all activities of the recruitment process
Be in charge of handling hiring requests at Intern/Fresher level
Oversee onboarding for new hires and provide an excellent onboarding experience for each new employee
Participate in the planning and execution of talent care activities, community activities, and internal events of the company
Support on documentation for HR Operations activities
More tasks will be assigned according to capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS
4th year student or freshly graduated Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related fields.
Guaranteed to work full-time for at least 6 months
Strong passion for Human Resources
Self-motivated, independent, detailed-oriented and organized
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Willing to learn and good command of written as well as spoken English
