Mô tả công việc
Host is the 'cog' in the direct relationship between the palazzo club and the customer; it's a position where customer service is everything. Hostess are responsible for attending to guest's every need and want with an emphasis on providing assistance, handling requests, concerns and queries, promotions and "The Rewards" Club Program.
Responsible for:
• To meet, greet and assist all guests enthusiastically and in any way possible.
• To work at the Club Desk and on the Gaming floor to assist guests with enquiries and to advise and sell marketing promotions
• At the Club Desk:
To Sign guests up to The Rewards
To perform point redemptions
To assist guests with promotional redemptions and the issue other promotion benefit if necessary
• On the Slots Gaming Floor:
Look for non-carded play; approach and explain the requirement for a card for Bonus point collection; ask to join "The Rewards" Club program; explain the benefits.
Provide training and assistance to guests explaining how to play Slots Machine Games and METG games, how to win jackpots, how to use Rewards Club Cards.
Offer and arrange complimentary item/goodies for guests
• Must continually strive to outperform and exceed guest expectations, be customer focused and possess a genuine devotion to assisting people.
• To be a 'wealth of information', aware of current and future gaming promotions and events, in addition to "Marketing Team" activity.
• To be an integral part of the guests 'entertainment experience'.
• To actively pass on Guest complaints, compliments or comments to Management / Marketing Team.
• Must be prepared to obtain an integral knowledge of slot machines (EGM), and METG operations.
• To ensure the gaming floor is spotless and amicably presented by assisting Attendant/ Housekeeping Staff as required in the removal of glasses, ashtrays, and any other form of rubbish.
• To strictly adhere to company policies and procedures, in addition to relevant MOF legislative requirements.
• To perform any other reasonable duty as requested by management.

• Prefer Female; good looking and friendly
• Good in English communication; Chinese or Korean is plus
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Experiences in Gaming/ F&B/ Hospitality industry
• Ability to multi - tasks
• Able shift working.

• Must be well presented with excelled guest relation and general communication skills.
• Must be a 'people person', possessing a genuine enthusiasm to work alongside people to satisfy their every need and want.
• Must possess a genuine desire to succeed within the gaming industry, always looking to excel and take the next step.
