My client is looking for a HR & Admin Manager base in HCMC (individual contributor)
Responsibilities
Partner with the Country General Manager and business leaders to implement HR strategies
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture, driving continuous improvement in local HR processes and SOPs.
Lead Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, including end to end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation). Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and support long-term succession planning.
Manage compensation and performance matters, including annual performance reviews, salary revisions, and calibration exercises, ensuring alignment with regional / global guidelines and competitiveness in the local market.
Drive learning & development initiatives, developing annual training plans that equip employees across the organization with essential skills and competencies.
Ensure full compliance with Country labour laws, statutory requirements and internal company policies.
Oversee accurate maintenance of HR records, including employee files, employment contracts, HR documentation, and local HR SOPs.
Manage the payroll process in collaboration with the payroll vendor, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission.
Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and support on grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Manage office administrative function end-to-end.
Coordinate workplace health & safety initiatives, ensuring adherence to local HSE regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
Participate in regional and global HR initiatives, taking the lead on selected projects to support broader organizational development and transformation efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a multinational or global organization
Strong understanding of Country Labour Legislation, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
